From
Survival
to
Sovereignty.
We are rewriting the narrative of rural resilience. Empowering 50+ families through high-end textile production, agriculture, and peer finance.
The Cycle of
Prosperity
We moved beyond aid. We built an ecosystem. A mostly closed-loop financial system where every shilling circulates to create exponential value for the community.
Pool Savings
10-25 women meet weekly. They contribute small amounts to a central "pot." This is not a bank fee—it is equity. They own every cent of the capital.
Internal Lending
Members take loans from the pot to fund income-generating activities: buying seeds, yarn, or stock. No collateral required—only social trust.
Income & Repayment
The business generates profit. The loan is repaid with small interest. That interest goes back into the pot, growing the fund for everyone.

Be Part of the Story.
Your contribution doesn't just buy wool or feed.
It buys agency. It buys choice.
Change by Choice.
A Circle of Widows
Born from a small circle of widows seeking solace in Ndekanga. We began not with money, but with shared stories of resilience.
Structuring the SHG
Partnering with The SHARE Institute, we formalized our banking model. 10-25 women began pooling resources weekly, creating our first loan pot.
Industrial Production
We moved from subsistence to scale. Opening the Knitting Studio and integrating data tracking for our poultry farms.
Partner: The SHARE Institute
We operate in strict partnership with The SHARE Institute (USA), ensuring global compliance and access to expertise.
